To tee up with Bellone, just ante up at campaign fundraiser
Want to play a hole of golf with Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone? All you have to do is plunk down $1,000 to be part of the “VIP afternoon” at the county executive’s invitational golf outing July 15.
For that $1,000, an individual also gets to have dinner and cocktails after the golf at the Bethpage Red Golf course in Farmingdale.
Of course, VIPs are not limited to a single ticket. You can be an Eagle, Birdie or Par VIP player for $15,000, $12,000 or $7,000 respectively, which gets you a foursome and extras like pin or hole sponsorships and extra dinner tickets.
For who do not want to tee up with Bellone can get a morning tee time from $500 for an individual to $10,000 for AM Eagle sponsorship.
For the fattest of the fat cats, you could also be a $45,000 event sponsor which gives extensive signage throughout the event, and premium seating at the dinner. A Bellone spokesman said no one has yet signed up as a $45,000 sponsor. Last year’s even brought in $500,000 to the county executive campaign coffers.
