Westchester assemblyman ticketed for speeding, marijuana

Westchester Assemb. Steve Katz was ticketed for speeding and marijuana possession Thursday in Albany County, according to State Police.
Katz, 59 (R-Mohegan Lake), was stopped on the New York State Thruway in Coeymans, at the southern end of Albany County, at 10 a.m., according to a news release published Friday by State Police.
