From the westernmost portion of geographic Long Island: Rev. Taharka Robinson was arrested yesterday in downtown Brooklyn in a protest against judicial "corruption" under Brooklyn Democratic boss Vito Lopez.
The Brooklyn Daily Eagle states: "Robinson, the leader of the Brooklyn Anti-Violence League, led the gathering outside 16 Court St., where the Kings County Democratic Committee’s headquarters are located, to question the recent election of Brooklyn Civil Court Judge Pam Fisher. He said the judge may not have been suited for the role, but got on the bench through the endorsement of Lopez."
