Lawyer George Demos today announced he's running again to be the Republican challenger to Rep. Tim Bishop (D-Southampton).

Demos lost his bids for the nomination to businessman Randy Altschuler in 2010 and dropped out of the GOP primary to get married in 2012.

In a statement posted on his campaign website Demos points out that Bishop is "vulnerable."

Bishop is under investigation by the House Ethics Committee for allegations he solicited campaign contribution from a constituent he was helping with fireworks permits.

Demos lacks the deep pockets Altschuler had, and records show he has $3 left in his 2012 campaign fund.
