James Featherstonhaugh, an Albany lawyer and lobbyist -- whose business dealings with convicted ex-Senate GOP Majority Leader Joe Bruno were noted during the latter's recent trial -- crops up today in the Post on the selection of a slot-machine contractor for Aqueduct (though not in any past Bruno context). 

With Democratic Senate president Malcolm Smith tied to the winning bidder, 'Feathers' is quoted as saying he was told that the company he represented in the probed selection process had its information leaked to other, allegedly favored rival bidders.
