The Daily Freeman, an upstate Kingston newspaper, talked to a Hudson Valley automobile dealer who sold a used car to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.

The dealer said, in part: "And, to get texts back and forth from the governor, that was the best part of it. I would be sitting at home at night and the governor would text me, ‘What about the tires, what about this, what about that, can we do this, can we do that.'  ''
