Paterson announces tonight that he has more than $3 million cash on hand for his campaign, of which $2.2 million was raised in the latest six-month filing period.

Cuomo, however, is rumored to have $16 million on hand. He has not commented but is due to file his latest campaign-finance numbers tomorrow as required with the state Board of Elections.
