Mangano and his top deputy Rob Walker stopped in Tuesday afternoon at the Police Benevolent Association’s Monday-through-Wednesday golf-outing at the Villa Roma resort in upstate Callicoon, according to PBA president James Carver.

“It was great to have him up there. He was there to thank the workers. He’s a true gentleman,” Carver said.
