But Herberth Flores of East Meadow still has his white SUV [in picture above] adorned with signs from the successful Nassau County executive campaign of Republican Edward Mangano.

Flores works in Mangano’s Office of Minority Affairs, according to a Mangano spokesman, and his SUV is often parked in the spot closest to the front door of the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Mineola.
