On the 9:03 LIRR train from Jamaica to Huntington, a civic-minded graffiti artist had left his mark - and his opinions about Obamacare and Tim Bishop - on an ad for the musical Billy Elliot.

The ad, which features a jumping kid with mouth agape, was emblazoned with a word balloon, written in dark ink, articulating the child's thoughts about Bishop (D-Southampton) and his support of federal healthcare reform.

The balloon read: "Hey Congressman Bishop thanks for getting me healthcare until I'm 26. I need another favor when you lose your seat this November can I move in with you. I need a place to crash you see my parents want me to grow up and be responsible about money but I'd rather be just like you!"
