The president of the National Rifle Association took to the Albany airwaves Wednesday and suggested that parts of New York's new gun control law are unconstitutional and enforceable.

NRA chief David Keene told WGDJ-AM in Albany he thinks some of the law -- pushed through by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo -- might not stand up in court. He also wondered whether the state could keep a new gun database private. YNN picks up the story from there.
