With D.A. Kathleen Rice's rival Sen. Eric Scheiderman declared winner in the Dem AG primary, you have to wonder -- even prematurely -- if she's got money left in the bank and if she runs next time for county executive. She did  well on Long Island. Looking back, some say she shouldn't have campaigned as a kind of front-runner. Conventional wisdom prevailed that Schneiderman's Manhattan-labor coalition would pull it out for him. Tough to picture her endorsing him after the bitter negatives exchanged over the weekend.
