Law enforcement sources say dozens of agents of the FBI and of Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office raided the Bronx headquarters of the Soundview health clinics before 7 a.m. as part of the case against the non-profits' chief official, Democratic Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada. This is a followup to the civil charges released yesterday that Espada used millions of dollars from the corporation -- supported by state and federal taxpayers -- for his personal use, from meals to vacations to campaign expenses.
