Nassau County Legis. John Ciotti sounded wistful Monday as he congratulated David McAndrews of Westbury on being approved by the legislature as a District Court judge.


“I’m glad to see a seasoned trial lawyer become a judge,” Republican Ciotti, 57, himself a lawyer, told Republican McAndrews, 57.
