Suffolk Legis. Vivian Viloria-Fisher served a few roles in her brief seconding speech for candidate Cuomo. She introduced herself as “a Dominican-born Suffolk County legislator” and talked about Suffolk’s onerous property-tax problems. She did separate putdowns of  Steve Levy and Rick Lazio by name. The one referring to Levy included the Republicans arguing about whether he is one of them, and about Lazio not having to worry about the tax given fat Wall Street bonuses of the past. “Only one candidate” – Cuomo – understands the needs of the public, she said.
