Suffolk Democrats fill out legislative-candidate slate

Suffolk Democrats have added to their slate of candidates running in the November election.

The new candidates include: 1st Senate District -- Michael Conroy of Manorville; 2nd S.D. -- Joseph Lombardi of Centereach; and 4th S.D. -- John Alberts of Northport.

In the 2nd S.D., meanwhile, veteran Democrat Joseph Fritz of Brentwood and Adrienne Esposito, a noted environmentalist from Patchogue who is not registered in any party, are circulating petitions to run in a Democratic primary in September.

In addition, Democrats have also named Dominick Feeney Jr. of Melville as their candidate in the 10th Assembly District.
