From the Somos conference in Albany:

Vivian Viloria-Fisher, deputy presiding officer of the Suffolk Legislature, said she received a lot of support at the conference for her bid to unseat Levy in 2011.

Viloria-Fisher (D-Setauket) has yet to establish a campaign committee but said she is definitely mulling a run. Levy this year seeks the Republican gubernatorial nomination flops.

She was unsuccessful in an earlier run for county clerk.
