Retired Montford Marine, of Roosevelt, looks back on his service

Richard Warren, a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran, served in the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Air Force for 24 years, including a stint in Montford Point, where he was part of a group of marines that were racially discriminated against. The Montford Marines were recognized for their efforts and were awarded  a Congressional Gold Medal in 2012.  Videojournalist: Chris Ware (May 1, 2013)
