Shannan Gilbert's story
Photos from the search for Shannan Gilbert, the young woman whose disappearance in May 2010 in Oak Beach sparked the search that has uncovered the remains of possibly 10 people. Police found her remains Dec. 13, 2011 -- a year after three other bodies were discovered at Gilgo Beach.
