Zach Rosales
The 16-year-old was fatally stabbed on a Westbury street in August. Douglas A. Fuentes Gonzalez, 24, of New Cassel, and Cristian Sandoval, 17, of Westbury, were arrested and charged with second degree murder. Police said they believe Sandoval to be a member of MS-13 gang.
