5 arrested at Riverhead DWI checkpoint
Five people were arrested during a DWI sobriety checkpoint in Riverhead late Saturday and early Sunday, Riverhead town police said.
Of the five, three were arrested on charges of DWI, one was arrested on charges of driving while impaired by drugs, and one was driving with a suspended or revoked license. All were between the ages of 21 and 28.
