6 clerks charged with selling alcohol, tobacco to minors
Police arrested merchants at six Huntington area stores Saturday, charging them with selling alcohol and tobacco to underage buyers in violation of state law, authorities said.
Suffolk County Police had targeted 12 stores for the undercover operation Saturday.
Six establishments were found in compliance with state law, police said.
The operation took place between 9:45 p.m....
