Bohemia homeowner fatally shot in home invasion

A 53-year-old Bohemia man was shot to death during a home invasion by two masked men who forced their way into the house and demanded money just after midnight Monday, police said.

Suffolk County police said three people were in the home on Sycamore Avenue., but said the other two were uninjured. It was unclear if the house was targeted or the if the break-in was random.
