Brookhaven wants owners of 4 substandard homes in court
The owners of four houses that Brookhaven officials have termed illegal, substandard dwellings - including an overcrowded Shirley sober home and a bug-infested Mastic Beach apartment - must appear in court to respond to a battery of violations.
