Three scrawled notes carrying anti-Hispanic messages left on the altar of a Patchogue church near where Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero was stabbed to death won't stop services, said the son of the pastor Wednesday.

"We didn't feel fear," said Carlos Sanchez at the Iglesia Evangelica Refugio de Salvacion, "just sadness somebody broke into the church to put those letters there."
