The gunman who killed four people in a Medford pharmacy Sunday morning shot each defenseless victim at close range, without warning or reason, Suffolk Police Commissioner Richard Dormer said Monday.
He then loaded his backpack with prescription painkillers and fled Haven Drugs pharmacy. He was in and out in just a few minutes.
