Suffolk County police are searching for two men who they say used a stolen credit card at several stores in the Stony Brook area.

Sixth Squad detectives and Crime Stoppers said Monday that the two men used the card to make several purchases after it was stolen from a Waldbaum's supermarket on Nesconset Highway at about 2 p.m. on June 24.

Police released photographs of the two suspects taken from video surveillance cameras at one of the stores where they used the card.

The card was stolen from the woman's purse as she shopped at the Waldbaum's and then used later in the day by the two suspects to buy items at several stores, including King Kullen, Sports Authority and Marshalls, police said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
