Cops: Brothers drove without licenses

Southampton Town police on Wednesday arrested a driver whose license had been suspended 26 times on 11 different occasions. Then when his brother drove to police headquarters to ask about him, he was arrested, accused of driving with a suspended license, police said.

Police said Henri Tigre, 29, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, at 5:27 p.m. after a routine traffic stop on Sunrise Highway.

Later, when his brother, Inga Edgar, 27, drove to police headquarters, police checked his license and found it was suspended in 2011, after a alcohol-related driving offense.
