A driver stopped after his vehicle swerved on County Road 19 in Holbrook told police he had been trying to blow into an interlock device installed after a DWI conviction, Suffolk County police said.
Justin Mullany, 34, of Blue Point, was charged "driving while ability impaired by drugs" and was awaiting arraignment Friday in First District Court in Central Islip, police said.
