A West Babylon grandmother faces a felony charge of driving under the influence of drugs Wednesday because her 2-year-old grandson was a passenger in her car, Suffolk County police said.

Donna Catania, 54, was not far from her home, on Arnold Avenue and Rosella Court in West Babylon, around 10:30 a.m. when a First Precinct officer pulled her vehicle over, police said in a news release yesterday.
