A Dix Hills man was arrested Monday, charged with robbing the same Deer Park pharmacy twice in the past month, police said.

Richard Dombroff, 22, of 516 Half Hollow Rd., surrendered to police at the First Precinct in West Babylon at 10:25 a.m. after an investigation by First Squad detectives, Suffolk County police said.

The investigation determined that Dombroff entered the CVS at 1944 Deer Park Ave. on Sept. 22, "jumped over the counter, and forcibly stole prescription medication," police said in a news release.

Two weeks later, on Oct. 6, "Dombroff went into the same CVS and forcibly stole prescription medication," police said.

Dombroff was charged with first-degree robbery and third-degree robbery, police said. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
