A Deer Park man who was told by a trooper Sunday not to drive his Jeep because he was intoxicated was arrested a half-hour later in Commack on a drunken driving charge, State Police said.
A trooper driving southbound on Crooked Hill Road about 4:45 p.m. saw a man outside a black Jeep in a parking lot south of the Long Island Expressway, according to a news release.
