A man was shot early Sunday on the Poospatuck reservation in Mastic, Suffolk police said, amid what a neighbor described as several minutes of gunfire.
Police said they received a 911 call reporting shots fired at about 5:52 a.m. When they arrived at the corner of Poospatuck Lane and Eleanor Avenue, they found a man on the street with gunshot wounds.
Police did not identify the shooting...
