A fight between two teens over a girl led to an assault and stabbing Monday night when a brawl outside a bowling alley in East Islip escalated, Suffolk County Police said.

Neither the stabbing victim, who was taken to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, or a person who was struck in the head with a metal pipe suffered serious injuries, police said. Neither was identified.
