In what police believe was a "specifically targeted" home invasion-style break-in, armed suspects entered a Medford home Tuesday and robbed four victims of cash, cellphones and car keys before fleeing.

No one was injured in the burglary, which took place on West Yaphank Road at about 12:30 a.m., Suffolk County police said. Police said Tuesday no arrests have been made.

Police said the two suspects knocked on the front door of the house and when the door was opened one of the men "displayed a pistol." The two then entered the house and robbed the victims, all of whom were on the lower level of the house, police said.

Police did not place a value on the items taken.

The investigation into the robbery is ongoing. Sixth Squad detectives are asking anyone with information to call them at 631-854-8652 or Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential, police said.
