Cops: Teen uses car to pin sister against garage

Police are searching for a 19-year-old woman who used a vehicle to pin her younger sister against a garage in Selden Tuesday night and then fled.

The 17-year-old victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, Suffolk County police said.

Neither the victim nor the suspect was identified by police. The incident occurred on Parnet Court just after 5 p.m.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the incident.

Police said the 19-year-old "drove a vehicle toward her sister," pinning the younger girl against a garage. It was not clear if the incident occurred at the home where the girls lived or at another residence.
