An East Northport woman injured after her motorcycle was struck by a suspected drunken driver in Greenlawn was in critical condition Saturday night, Suffolk police said.

The motorcyclist, Karen Labarbera, 52, sustained head and left leg injuries in the Friday night crash. She was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital in a police helicopter.

Police said Connie O'Hara, 51, of Huntington, was driving a 2013 Volkswagen westbound on Pulaski Road when she tried to make a left turn onto Butterfield Drive. O'Hara's vehicle collided with Labarbera's motorcycle at about 7:15 p.m.

O'Hara was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. She was arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Central Islip, police said.
