A Wantagh man died in a one-vehicle crash early Monday morning in Islandia, apparently after suffering a "medical emergency," police said.
George Geddes, 52, if 3374 Park Ave., was driving a 2006 Kenworth flatbed truck northwest on Route 454, Veterans Memorial Highway, at 3:30 a.m. when the truck collided with the guardrail at what police called "a low rate of speed."
