Driver sought in hit-run of Quogue worker

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Quogue Village police are looking for the driver of a green minivan that struck and injured a village public works employee on Wednesday.

The hit-and-run accident occurred at about 10 a.m., as the worker was clearing debris from the shoulder of the roadway, off the westbound lane, near VFW Post 5350 at 125 Montauk Hwy., police said.
