Ex-teacher found guilty of sex abuse in retrial
A former music teacher from Bay Shore whose 2007 sex abuse conviction had been overturned was found guilty this week after a retrial, the Suffolk district attorney's office said.
Richard Tuthill, 37, was charged with sexually abusing two 13-year-old girls during private voice classes in his home in 2005.
In 2007, he was convicted of abusing one girl, but that conviction was overturned....
