A Flanders man charged with rape faces up to four years in jail if convicted.
Harry Anderson, 44, of Flanders, pleaded not guilty in Suffolk County District Court on Nov. 16 to charges of third-degree rape and a third-degree criminal sexual act. Police arrested him Nov. 15.
