Former teacher gets 18 years in bartender's rape
A former Three Village schoolteacher who admitted to raping a bartender was sentenced Wednesday to 18 years in prison.
Michael Wachholder, 31, of Rocky Point, carried out "every woman's worst nightmare" on Feb. 3 when he raped the woman in a Mount Sinai bar, said Suffolk Assistant District Attorney Carl Borelli.
