Jennifer McCusker, 3 children killed in house fire, cops say

Jennifer McCusker, 41, and her children Aidan Tarbell, 7, and 2-year-old twins Ava Jane and Brendan Mistretta, were pronounced dead at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue after a fire broke out in their Shirley home, police said.
