A man suspected of holding up a Selden bank Monday was caught after a GPS device led patrol officers to his home a few blocks from the crime scene, Suffolk police said.
Kyle Konecny, 25, of Selden, showed what appeared to be a handgun at the Bank of America on Middle Country Road and ran off with cash about 10 a.m., police said.
Sixth Precinct patrol officers were guided by a GPS device to Elmwood Avenue, where crime pattern detectives found Konecny and interviewed him, police said.DataGun crime numbersPhotosRecent LI mug shots
