Law firm drops fired Suffolk health official as client

The Manhattan law firm representing the former acting commissioner of public health for Suffolk County no longer will represent her in a federal lawsuit against the county.

The firm, Morelli Ratner, cited "irreconcilable conflict" when applying to drop Patricia Dillon as a client.
