Locals protest proposed health-care legislation
About 150 people protested the Obama administration's proposed health-care bill on the corner of Route 112 and Route 347 Saturday afternoon.
"We're against the health care that Pelosi is trying to jam down our throats," Catherine Bucaria, 46, of Manorville, said of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. "When you have government control, people lose control."
