Jean Marc P. Choffel was charged with DWI and given a summons for failing to yield the right of way after his arrest at 1:25 a.m. on Flanders Road, Southampton Town police said. Choffel was held for arraignment Tuesday in Southampton Town Justice Court.

Police said the arrest followed a traffic stop and said an investigation determined Choffel was drunk.
