During a memorial ceremony in Brentwood on Sept. 22, Christina and Rashamel Palmer were presented with the American flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol in honor of their 18-month-old son, Rah-Quan, who was killed when their Brentwood home exploded Aug. 17.
