Online memorials for teen killed riding bicycle
A day after 15-year-old Nicholas Svercel was killed while riding his bike in Smithtown, there was an outpouring of condolences offered on the social networking Web site Facebook.
Two memorials were created, with more than 1,000 members joining the two memorial groups and leaving messages of grief and memories:
