Patchogue man accused of DWI with daughter in car

A Patchogue man was arrested early Saturday for driving while intoxicated with his 5-year-old daughter, who was not in a child-safety seat, Suffolk County police said.
Officer Brian Briska of the Highway Patrol's Selective Alcohol Fatality Enforcement Team saw Ivan Llagzha, 36, driving erratically on South Ocean Avenue about 2:42 a.m., police said.
